As the calendar turns, many of us embark on the tradition of setting New Year’s resolutions. I don’t know about most people but for me I rarely hold to them. Typically I last roughly 20-30 days and then life gets in the way and I am back to the same old things. And you know what…. That’s totally ok! New Year New Me, please I like who I am, (most of the time anyways) so why do I always feel like I need to change something. So this year I’m encouraging us all to use the new year to love ourself. I however, am more on the learn how to play pickle ball or pick up cross stitching level of learning something new. Realistic goals are key for me personally!
